Selektion Partners Program – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Selektion Partners Program (the “Program”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the Program and establish the rights and obligations between you (“Partner,” “Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and Selektion (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By joining and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You must provide accurate information during registration. Any false or misleading details may result in suspension or termination from the Program.

2. Affiliate Account

Upon approval, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard to track referrals, commissions, and performance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Affiliate Links & Promotion

You will be provided with a unique affiliate link for tracking referrals.

You may promote Selektion through approved marketing channels, provided that such promotions are truthful and comply with applicable laws.

You may not use misleading claims, spam, or unauthorized paid ads (e.g., bidding on Selektion brand keywords without written approval).

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a recurring commission for each referred customer who purchases a Selektion membership after the free trial.

The specific commission rate and payout frequency are detailed in your dashboard and may be updated by Selektion from time to time.

Commissions are payable only for valid transactions tracked by our system. Fraudulent or self-referrals will not qualify.

5. Payments

Payments are made via the available payout methods on the affiliate dashboard.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

All commissions will be calculated in USD or the local currency specified by Selektion.

6. Free Trial Referrals

Affiliates will also be credited for free trial sign-ups, provided that the referred customer converts to a paid membership.

If the trial does not result in a paid subscription, no commission will be earned.

7. Termination

Selektion reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Program.

You may terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Selektion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our logos, marketing materials, and affiliate assets solely for the purpose of promoting Selektion.

Unauthorized modification of Selektion’s brand assets is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Selektion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions owed to you at the time of the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Togo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Amendments

Selektion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
